British American Tobacco launched a major upgrade of its sales points under the Gro Maxim project. The goal was to unify the design of stands across all locations, increase capacity, and create more space for product promotion.
Our custom solution unified the store appearance with four-tiered stands holding over 700 cigarette packs. The stands can also efficiently integrate various types of products such as e-cigarettes or chewing tobacco.
At the same time, the surface of the stands offers more advertising space – a variable system allows for advertisements on both the exterior and interior using pockets, printed blinds, or LCD screens.
We managed to produce 375 stands in just four weeks. In the following four weeks, two service teams installed the stands in over 250 locations across the Czech Republic.
Feedback from British American Tobacco and the retailers has been very positive. The stands have improved product visibility, enabled a wider product offer, and unified the look of all stores.
