The automotive industry is looking for smart and contactless solutions. For Payment4U, a company developing software for digital dispensing systems, we delivered the first series of 30 secure keyboxes, which are now used for automated key handover, for example, within the Škoda Auto project.
Our role? Complete hardware – robust dispensing boxes designed for outdoor environments, made of durable metal with anti-corrosion treatment and vandalism protection. The software and final installation are handled by our partner Payment4U.
The advantage is that each keybox can have an individual capacity according to the customer’s needs. The boxes allow key handover and retrieval at any time of the day or night, without the need for staff presence.
The entire production process – from order to finished units – was completed within 6 weeks, and it went straight into full operation, not just a pilot test. Thanks to this success, we look forward to the next wave of collaboration with Payment4U, which is also installing the solution for other brands such as BMW and Toyota.
